Our product is for CNC machined parts using a robot, camera, artificial intelligence (AI), and an industrial computer.
First, the CNC machine completes the part.
A robot then moves the finished part to a position for camera inspection. The camera captures images of the part and sends the data to a computer. The AI algorithms analyze the images in detail, comparing them to the customer drawings to detect any discrepancies or defects.
Simultaneously, the camera also supervises the CNC machine’s operation.
Finally, the computer sends feedback to the CNC machine for fine-tuning and adjustments if necessary, ensuring the quality of the final product.
